Policies for the current Wise Warrior web game
These policies apply to the current browser-based version of Wise Warrior on TikTakGo.
They describe how access, optional purchases, saved progress, analytics, and support
currently work in this product.

Pricing and access
Wise Warrior is a browser-based educational action game. Public landing pages are
accessible on the web, and gameplay may include optional in-game purchases for digital
items such as keys.
- There is no recurring subscription flow in the current implementation.
- Any paid amount is shown at checkout before you authorize payment.
- Prices, if offered, are processed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay.
- Promotions, key bundles, and free access terms may change over time.
No monthly, annual, or school-plan subscription terms apply unless they are added to the
product and clearly shown at checkout.
Delivery and shipping
Wise Warrior is a digital product. No physical goods are shipped for normal gameplay or
key purchases.
- Gameplay is delivered through a web browser.
- Digital purchases are intended to be credited to the relevant player account after payment capture.
- Confirmation may also be sent by email when an email address is provided during checkout.
If a payment is completed but the digital benefit does not appear, contact support with
your payment ID, order ID, phone number, and player name.
Terms of use
By accessing the site or playing Wise Warrior, you agree to use the product lawfully and
in a way that does not harm the game, other users, or our systems.
- Do not attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or disrupt the game or its APIs.
- Do not use false identity details during OTP verification, saved progress, or payments.
- Do not attempt to bypass gameplay, purchase, analytics, or anti-abuse controls.
- Game art, code, text, branding, and related assets remain the property of their respective owners.
We may suspend or limit access if we detect fraud, abuse, payment issues, or technical misuse.
Privacy and data handling
The current game and site collect data needed to run login flows, save progress, support
purchases, and measure product usage.
- Landing page analytics such as session ID, page visits, and CTA clicks.
- Gameplay analytics such as sessions, events, progression, attribution, and economy activity.
- Player identity data such as phone number, player name, and email when provided.
- Saved game and profile data such as keys, coins, progression state, and selected profile values.
This data may be stored in our application databases and in Firebase or Firestore-backed
systems used by the game. We use it to authenticate users, restore progress, credit
purchased items, troubleshoot issues, detect abuse, and improve the product.
We may use third-party service providers that process limited data on our behalf, including
Razorpay for payments, Firebase or Firestore for product data, OTP providers such as
Message Central or Firebase for verification flows, and Google Tag Manager for site tagging.
We do not state that personal data is sold as part of this product flow. If you need
account data corrected or removed, contact us and include enough detail to identify the
relevant player record.
Cancellation and refunds
The current purchase flow is for digital items, not subscriptions. Because of that, there
is no recurring billing cancellation flow in the current game.
- You can abandon a purchase before payment capture by closing the checkout flow.
- After payment capture, digital credits may be treated as consumed or provisioned immediately.
- Duplicate charges, failed credits, or billing errors should be reported to support for review.
- Approved refunds, if any, are handled through the original payment processor and payment method.
Refund decisions depend on the payment status, delivery status of the digital item, and any
fraud or abuse review required for the transaction.

For OTP issues, missing progress, payment problems, or account correction requests, please
contact support with the most specific details you have.
